Leadership Development Intensive - A Renewal of Effectiveness, Purpose and Fulfillment

The Leadership Development Intensive is designed for leaders and other change artists who are already successful, but have a strong desire to go deeper in their personal and professional development. In this 3-day experience you will be challenged and equipped to bring more of who you are to everything you do. The program is designed to expand the mind, stretch the body, and deepen the spirit - an approach that works from the inside out - leaving you with more energy, clarity, peace, and sense of purpose in your life and work.

Think of this program as a two-month-long action research project on "leadership" with yourself as the focus of the study.

SPOUSES/LIFE PARTNERS
When working at the levels DEEP LEADERSHIP addresses, it helps re-entry a great deal to have experienced it with your life partner. To encourage participation by spouses/partners, we offer the program to them at 50% off tuition.

PRE & POST WORK
Prior to coming, you carry out a 3600 personal and professional assessment, involving 5-10 people who know you well. This is accompanied by a one-on-one telephone conference with one of your Facilitators, designed to sharpen your objectives and get you started in your developmental process.

After the 3-day program, there are four facilitated conference calls for the group to ensure integration and application of what has been learned at home and at work.
