Deep Coaching
Leading an organization today - or just leading a life - is getting harder all the time. Most of us could use some coaching from time to time:
- During an especially tough organizational trauma-like a merger or major change initiative
- Before making a hard decision with long-range consequences
- In the middle of a vocational or life-direction/purpose crisis
- When facing a difficult challenge at home.

We call it Coaching for Personal Excellence and the process is straightforward:
- An in-depth fact-finding conversation to set your coaching objectives. This usually involves a 360o Assessment developed by The Center which you give to selected people who know you.
- An initial half-day session to introduce the conceptual framework and establish the strong trust and rapport required for Deep Coaching. (If geography interferes, this can be accomplished with several telephone sessions.)
li>Regularly scheduled one-on-one coaching conversations - usually via telephone.
- Evaluation at 60 or 90 days, using the same 360o Assessment and/or other resources to check on progress made.
